Student Employment at Saint John's Arboretum

CSB/SJU students are a vitally important aspect of our staff. Students help instruct prek-12 environmental education programs, write and edit the newsletter, and help host events for Arboretum members and friends.

We are now accepting applications for the 2010-2011.

Saint John's Arboretum has experienced rapid growth since its founding in 1997. The fellowship positions allow our organization to tap into the creativity and energy of recent CSB/SJU graduates while providing opportunities for hands-on experiential learning and valuable on the job experience.

 

Environmental Educator Fellowship - 2 positions
This position is responsible for assisting the Arboretum’s Environmental Education Coordinator in the direction and coordination of the environmental education programming at Saint John’s Arboretum for preK-12 students, College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University students, and the general public. This position will assist in teaching the environmental education curriculum and assist in developing new programming and curriculum.

Applicants for both fellowship positions must apply through the CSB/SJU Human Resources Office. These full-time, benefitted positions are scheduled to begin and end in late May/early June each year.
