Core Body: This toning class will target a variety muscles through a combination of utilizing a stability ball and your own body weight. The emphasis of the class is to perform toning exercises that target muscle strength and stability from the core while incorporating other major body muscle groups simultaneously. This class runs for 45 minutes.
Butts-n-Guts: This is a total body toning class that provides exercises with particular emphasis (but NOT limited to) on the gluts, thighs, and abs. A variety of equipment is incorporated, such as arm/leg bands, weights, stability balls, ect. Class runs for 45 minutes.
Kickboxing: A high-intensity cardio aerobic workout based on martial arts. Come learn some AWESOME kickboxing combinations that include punch and kick techniques, and be ready for an active workout! Punching bags may be incorporated. Class runs for 1 hour.
A.M. Abs: Start off your morning right with a short-n-sweet ab workout! This pilates-based toning class will focus on strengthening and toning your core body through a variety of exercises and equipment. Class runs for 45 minutes.
Cardio Hip-Hop: Love to dance? GREAT. Like to dance, but not the greatest dancer? NO PROBLEM. Cardio Hip-Hop is a cardio class that keeps you moving and sweating without it even feeling like your working out! Cardio Hip-Hop consists of progressively learning a hip-hop combination/routine through fast and slow intervals that accommodates to every participant. This class is designed for everyone, NOT just those with prior dance experience! Cardio Hip-Hop teaches the same routine 2 weeks in a row before moving on to a different routine. Come for a fun dance workout while jamming to your favorite hip-hop tunes! Class is 1 hour long.
Super Sweat Sunday's: Burn off those weekend calories with an energetic aerobics class that will not only get your heart rate up but tone your body at the same time! This class incorporates a series of intervals, a mix of cardio and toning exercises. We combine strength training with weights and bands and also use the step and stability balls. This class has many options to guarantee a super sweat every Sunday!
Step:This cardio class is a high energy, fun cardio workout that utilizes the step! Participants are taught and lead through a series of combinations and moves that are sure to trigger major muscle groups and body zones while receiving a cardio workout on the step. Expect a fun, cardio-blasting workout every time! Class is 1 hour long.
Pilates: This toning class focuses on building muscle strength, core strength, balance, flexibility, and incorporates breathing, which provides engagement for both the mind and body during the workout. Pilates consists of a variety of toning exercises performed on a mat, and can also include using other various equipment (balls, small weights, ect.) Class runs for 45 minutes.
*Total Body Conditioning – BRAND NEW!!* - For the first time, come to a class that incorporates both cardio and toning combinations/exercises fused into one complete workout! Total Body Conditioning provides a cardio workout through utilizing the step, in which step combinations are applied. Toning exercises that target major muscle groups work in partnership with the cardio step workout and are incorporated throughout the class. The focus of this class is to run in intervals between cardio and toning, which the workout continuously switches from cardio on the step to toning exercises (which can include using weights, bands, balls, or body weight). Come try out a brand new workout you might enjoy!!
