CSB Support Staff

 Benefits: 
More than Just Insurance and Vacation!!!


CSB provides the following benefits to Full-Time benefit eligible employees:

(Full Time: scheduled work on an annual basis is 75% of full time or greater.)

  • Health Insurance – CSB contributes 75% of the cost of health insurance premiums (reviewed each year).
  • Dental Insurance – CSB contributes 50% of the dental insurance premiums (reviewed each year).
  • Life Insurance - CSB pays for a term life insurance policy for employees and offers additional life insurance for employees and their family members at a minimal cost.
  • Long Term Disability - CSB pays for a disability plan which provides 60% of pre-disability income.
  • Sick Leave – Employees receive up to 12 days per year (based on hours worked).
  • Vacation – Employees receive up to 20 days per year (based on hours worked).
  • Holiday Pay – Employees receive 10 paid holidays per year.
  • Retirement – CSB contributes an additional 9% of an employees’ salary into the TIAA-CREF plan.
  • Tuition Remission – Employees and their children are eligible to receive free tuition.
  • Medical and Dependent Care Flex Accounts – Employees can use pre-tax dollars to pay for medical and daycare expenses.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) A free and confidential resource for employees and their family members to help face life’s challenges.
  • Paid Parental Leave – Provides up to 4 weeks of paid parental leave to a mother or father upon the birth or adoption of a child (based on hours worked).
  • Sick Leave BankCSB contributes 2 days per employee into the bank.  These hours can be used for extended periods of illness of the employee.
  • Short Term Leaves of Absence – Include: jury duty, funeral leave, military leave, FMLA (Family Medical leave Act).

  • Workers’ Compensation Insurance - provides reimbursement for medical expenses and continuation of salary in the event of occupational illness or accidents incurred during the course of employment.

  • Health Insurance – CSB contributes 50% of the cost of health insurance premiums (reviewed each year).
  • Dental Insurance – CSB contributes 50% of the dental insurance premiums (reviewed each year).
  • Life Insurance - CSB pays for a term life insurance policy for employees and offers additional life insurance for employees and their family members at a minimal cost.
  • Sick Leave – Employees receive up to 12 days per year (based on hours worked).
  • Vacation – Employees receive up to 20 days per year (based on hours worked).

  • Companions on a Journey - Offers all members of our communities opportunities for group spiritual companioning (journey groups), Vocational Reflection, and courses for Christian Discernment and Decision Making.
