The English Department announces the winner of the 2010 Wager-Berger Prize:
Senior Megan Mills-Rittmann, an English major from Burnsville, MN, won the 2010 Wagner-Berger Prize for her short story "Ruins." Look for Megan's story this spring in Studio One.
Recent SJU graduates earn fellowships:

According to CSB/SJU Communication and Marketing Services, "Going Blind: A Memior, by Sister Mara Faulkner, is a finalist for a Minnesota Book Award in the Category of Memior and Creative Nonfiction." Read more about it here.
Sister Mara Faulkner's memoir Going Blind was published by State University of New York Press in July 2009. She was interviewed by The Record (click here for the article) and by the CSBSJU Library (click here for the podcast).
