Creating Forms for the Web

Use the Forms Manager to create forms/surveys for the web. It is easy to use and to view the information received from a form.  This tool can be used to create forms for any web page. However, there are certain features only available to pages that are maintained with Publish.  This site contains links to the Forms Manager and instructions for using it. 

The Forms Manager instructions have been moved to the IT Services Knowledge Base in SharePoint.
