Dr. Jorge Arriagada

Dr. Arriagada is director of the Herbarium at St. Cloud State University (SCSU).   In the early 2000's, the Bailey Herbarium and SCSU Herbarium formed a partnership dedicated to enhancing and disseminating knowledge of botany in central Minnesota.   Dr. Arriagada teaches courses in economic botany, plant taxonomy and general biology and he is an expert on phylogeny in plants in the sunflower family.
