The Department of Culinary Services for the College of Saint Benedict invites applications for 3 Station Chef II positions. The Station Chef II is responsible for prep, production, sanitation and appearance of assigned station(s). This position will become proficient on all the stations including back of the house and catering. Duties include but are not limited to: coordinates and assists in preparation of all menu items at the station; ensures timely delivery of prepared foods to service area throughout meal times and ensures proper care, cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned spaces and equipment. The hours are as follows:
Qualifications: High School diploma required. 9 -12 months related experience or equivalent training.
