Conflict Management

The session was facilitated by Eric Felsch and was well attended.  The room was too small for the group, but we made adjustments and were able to use the space adequately. 

Eric began the session with the group defining the word conflict.  The session then became interactive when scenarios were read by Eric and students had to choose the type of behavior they would use to confront the conflict.  They four different behavior areas in the room were, passive, assertive, aggressive, or passive aggressive.  Each group then shared why they picked that behavior pattern for the scenario.  The presenter allowed multiple answers to each scenario which lead to good discussion.
