Cheryl Kelley-Bowman, completed her BA in Government (1994) and MA in Organizational Management (2008). She brings a diverse portfolio of practical experience to the classroom including time in the financial, manufacturing and non-profit sectors of industry. She recently opened her own business (Hire and Inspire, LLC) which specializes in helping leading edge corporations maximize the human capital of their organizations. During fall 2009 she is teaching Organizational Behavior and Principles of Management in a Global Context. Cheryl is committed to helping students and also teaches in the undergraduate and graduate programs at the College of St. Scholastica. Her primary areas of interest include: leadership, organizational development and organizational behavior. She hopes to begin her doctorate next Fall. She spends whatever free time she has with her two beautiful daughters (9 & 10) and husband.
