CSB Energy Inefficiency Report Form

This form is meant to be a way for the campus community to report situations they see where energy is being wasted or used inefficiently. Examples include:

• A light left on all day that is not needed
• Your office/room is cold while the room next door is hot
• Crack or opening in a door or window that lets in outside air

Please Note: This website is not intended for reporting general maintenance issues (ex. broken chairs, burnt out lightbulbs, etc.) Please contact your building's maintenance crew to report these issues.
